Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible roommate to share a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment at Baywood (Irvine Company Apartments) in Newport Beach

The room / your space
Covers your own private bedroom + private bathroom
Furnished option: room includes a queen bed if you want it, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture
Shared common areas: kitchen + living area (shared respectfully)

Utilities
Utilities split including Cox Internet, Water, Sewer, Trash, Gas, Electric (Have a preferred electric rate tier with lower costs)

Baywood is coastal living with great access to everything - about one mile to the beach and near shopping/dining.

Current lease runs through July and is expected to renew after that.

Communicates well (simple house guidelines for cleanliness/quiet hours/guests)
Must be able to meet any community/lease requirements, if needed
