Hey, I’m Dustin. I’m and moving to the area for a job in Northeast Anaheim. I’ll be working + hours a week, so most of my time will honestly be work, gym, sleep, repeat. I’m usually up around 4am and in bed by , so I keep a pretty simple schedule.
I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and very mindful about noise and privacy. I mostly keep to myself and spend downtime on my computer or just relaxing. I’m really just looking for a calm place to stay while I focus on work and getting settled out here.
I’m open on lease terms and whether the room is furnished or not. I can provide proof of employment or anything else you’d like. Just trying to find a good fit for everyone.
