My home's construction was completed in November, and you be the first one in this new room! I am a clean, responsible, and respectful person and I'm looking to rent the spare room of my brand-new home with a likewise person. You would get a driveway parking spot reserved just for you and street parking is allowed as well if you should need it. I also have a backyard with a flat-top grill that you're welcome to use, in addition to everything in the kitchen, of course. I also have most streaming services that you can use, as well as internet being included with the utilities. I have lots of tools, equipment, and tech, and am always open to letting you use and borrow things if you need to. I'm pretty easy going. If you want to put nails in your room walls and hang things up, go for it! This will be your home too, and I want it to feel like it.
