I'm looking for a room for rent

Hi, my name is Armida. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Downey. My budget is $ and I would like to move by mid March 1H I'm still very active looking for a one large bedroom unfurnished and possibly with its own bathroom if possible I'm very easy going I'm a retired social worker of years I and friendly but I also like to have my me time. I have 2 good references from my previous landlords they include my son who comes daily to see me and sees if i need anything and if I do he is the one who takes me. He does buy me groceries and in return we have some meals together unfortunately the home I am living in now is going to be sold. I pay my rent on time I like to do some cooking I am very neat and tidy sometimes they say I'm obsessive in keeping things clean and tidy. If someone has an unfurnished large enough room and my son can come over, I will respond to a "couples room" even though my son doesn't live with me my budget is between please leave me a message and thank you in advance
