This is a bathroom townhouse with a garage and a 4 car driveway (available for guests), the house has laundry room with a washer and dryer that you will access to as well as the kitchen, and the propane grill outside, also you can use the garage if you need to store items or boxes; There are 2 nice parks 1 block away to work out.
The $ deposit will cover part of the last month you decide to rent. Me, my year old niece and my dog are the residents of this house; I maintain a neat and clean house, the dog is trained and friendly, Wifi and Cable (YouTubeTV) are included. The room is partially furnished, it includes a night stand and a dresser, a bed frame and the boxspring (Full size), I didn’t add a photo of the bedroom yet because it’s currently occupied.
