Seeking Room - Kitsilano Area
Looking for a room in Kitsilano or in close proximity to my work. Ideally moving into an existing place, but also open to finding a place together with the right roommate. Move-in April 1st. Budget is $/month with utilities.
I'm a reliable tenant - always pay rent on time, never late on bills, and have a good track record living with roommates. I'm looking for someone who shares the same values as me. Someone mature, responsible, and trustworthy who also likes keeping shared spaces clean and organized. It's important that I find someone who aligns in the healing field, or is receptive to it, as I'd like to be allowed to have clients over for occasional healings.
I value personal space and boundaries, and I respect when someone needs their own space. I can be both introverted and extroverted. On occasion, I like to socialize if it's the right vibe.
I'm open minded, friendly, and easy to get along with. Looking for mutual respect and a calm, mature environment. If there's ever an issue, I believe in talking it through.
Deal breakers: drama, dishonesty, poor communication, or messy/inconsiderate behavior.
