We’re three guys in our mid-s looking for one more
around a similar age to join our house in Hermosa Beach. Ideally someone responsible, clean, and looking for a long-term place.

You’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom and essentially the entire bottom floor to yourself. The house also has a full kitchen, large shared living space, a rooftop terrace, guest room, and ocean views.

We’re easygoing, respectful, and keep the place clean. Looking for someone who’s a good fit and treats the house well.
