My boyfriend, a close friend, and I are looking for a 3-bedroom place to rent in Southern California, such as Riverside or Ontario preferably.
We’re all in our early s, responsible, respectful, and clean. We’re looking for a calm, safe place to make home — not a party house. All of us are reliable with rent and utilities and are planning a longer-term lease.

What we’re looking for:
• 3 bedrooms, 2+ bath
• Safe neighborhood
• Parking preferred
• Move-in: flexible (probably best around end of year)
• Budget: two of us would be students so max we can do is $
