I have a room for rent for a female. It is a large home and the room is a decent size with a decent closet. The bathroom is all yours for % of the time and you only have to share when the other roommate visits about 3 times a year for a couple of days. I do not want someone that smokes either cigarettes or pot, but gummies are okay. You need to have a good job history. There are no pool parties, but you are welcome to use the pool and pool table. I also have a small dog, so no pets
