I am a well travelled professional and I am looking for nice roommates The rooms are in New York City, in the tip between Manhattan and Riverdale/Bronx, and in minutes you can be anywhere in Manhattan. We are one block from 225 St One Subway stop and the Metro North, and the express bus is just 2 blocks away. We also have great bike stations in our block, and lots of parking space. The house is super comfortable and the rooms are spacious, with lots of light, comfortable beds and a great common area with large living room and dinning room. The monthly rent is $1700 for the smaller room and $2000 for the larger one, and the room is available immediately or monthly, bookable monthly for short or long stays. Fully furnished and with utilities included. Laundry in the house. We look for one month and one month refundable deposit.
