You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. New washer dryer and patio. Both of us are professional working women so we are home in the evenings but gone most of the day. Quiet neighborhood in an up and coming area. Possibility to add on garage space. Otherwise tons of street parking. We have a sweet dog who goes with my roommate when she's at work so you barely notice she's around. Because of that no more pets in the house.
