Seeking a roommate or a couple to take over the lease with on a 2 br apartment at Monterey Lakes apartments by the end of January.
Rent would be $ for an individual or $ for a couple, not including utilities. The room is a master with a private bathroom and a washer and dryer. A couple is preferable. You would also need to have a credit score of and a clean background check.
