Room and entire apartment was recently professionally carpet cleaned.

Close access to I5 Freeway and PB. It's not a close walking distance to beach , but it is walkable to the bay and right by the bike path. 5 min drive to the beach. There is space inside for your bike if you have one to keep it safe and a surf rack.

Located at the cul-de-sac so you're going to enjoy the assigned parking.

I have really fast wi-fi.

A couple things about the place
- There is no TV in the living space. There is a Bluetooth speaker and there is a record player. Also. There's already plenty of art.
-No sleeping on the couch.
-No shared dishes (Pans, cooking utensils) left in the sink. A cup or plate is fine.
I keep the kitchen sink tidy (very important to me). So that when either one of us come to the kitchen they have everything they need to cook.

I have a deep clean on the carpets, tile, and couch once a year.(which just happened).

If you drink all the time and like to party late into the night regularly this probably won't work.
