BR/3B home, featuring a shared outside bathroom. I’m pretty easygoing and truly value keeping our home clean, calm, and relaxing—it’s important to me that it feels like a place to unwind at the end of the day. I’m ideally looking for a student or working professional who also appreciates a tidy, quiet environment, and we would prefer a female housemate if possible. The studio is for one person only, so we’re not able to accommodate couples or additional pets, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding. Rent includes utilities, parking is on the street, and this is a smoke-free and vape-free home. The space is available now. You’d be sharing the property with a wonderful music teacher, two 21-year-old ladies a sweet cat, and myself. We’re all quite busy and spend much of our time out, so the home stays nice and quiet.
