I’m looking for a roommate! Preferably female. I’m currently under contract for a beauuuutiful home in SW Aurora in the Cherry creek school district. My closing date is February th, so move in would be on or after that date. It’s quite close to the so easy access to anywhere you need to go. The neighborhood is adorable and safe. You’d have pick between two rooms, whichever you like better. For a few months it would just be us, but I do plan on moving my older mom out here from Arizona. She’ll be taking over the basement area. We’re both quiet and clean. I have 1 cat, and she has two cutie pie pups. I currently work night shift as an RN, so any healthcare workers are preferred but not required. I’m asking , this will include internet and utilities.
