My male friend ( years old), an American citizen originally from Israel, is looking for a very small, affordable room for long-term rent in the south or central part of Ashland. Budget: $.

He would stay only occasionally (around days per month or less) and would need an official lease agreement, an address, and a mailbox.

He is a very nice, intelligent, modest, and quiet person. He does not drink or smoke.
