This is a private, unfurnished room in a tw.o bed, tw.o bath townhome, and you will be sharing the home with one other person.

Layout:
• Downstairs: furnished kitchen, living room, laundry, and bathroom
• Upstairs: private bedroom for rent and an additional bathroom

The shared common areas (living room and kitchen) are furnished. The home comes with on.e parking spot in front of the unit, plus plenty of street parking for guests.
