The room and bathroom are currently available and move in ready. Rent: $1,000.00 Monthly Due on the 1st
Refundable Deposit: $200.00
Utilities: Included (Cox Internet, SDGE, Conservice-Water, Trash, & Sewer-No Telephone and No Cable). No pets. If we are a fit after we meet, then we will ask you to apply to rent the room, You would fill out an application with the office for a credit check and background check and pay them an application fee. If you pass the checks with the office, they would have you pay an applicable administrative fee to be added to the lease and then we would collect your deposit and issue you the keys to move in. Simple process. If you find months in that you need to move out for whatever reason, then you would give us and the office a 30 days written notice and pay an administrative fee to be removed from the lease. Our previous roommates have typically stayed about two years and moved out to live with their girlfriends. Room Dimensions:
