The bedroom is furnished but can be unfurnished if you’d like. Queen bed, rug, nightstands, TV and shelves included. Also included is shared office space with a small desk in the third bedroom.

There is a fenced in backyard, front porch, driveway, commercial size washer and dryer, twin guest bed, and multiple closets plus storage space. Italian tile throughout and exposed solid wood ceiling beams! Neighbors are quiet and friendly and the neighborhood is very walkable.
