There will be only 2 people living in the apt . The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apt for added privacy . The apt is on the 5th floor of an elevator building . It’s very spacious almost sf with shared kitchen, dining foyer, living room, home office and closets. 1 block from to the A train th stop , ( min to midtown ) quiet and safe residential area in WaHi / Hudson Heights with a supermarket 2 blocks away and shopping and restaurants near by., close to Fort Tyron park .

Share with a mature Professional female. I come from an arts background and now work regular hours in home office . Easy going clean and respectful.
I’m looking for a pleasant drama free home. Enjoy cooking and great conversation as much as my privacy. Interested in art fashion, theater, ,movies, dance, meditation, and walks in the park.
