Roommate Needed Starting in May

Hi! Starting in May, I will need someone to move in.

About the space: and a half bath townhouse. Major cross streets are rd Ave and Bethany Home Rd. Most utilities are covered, we'll just split electric. Plenty of parking, in-house laundry. There is a small yard with a garden. The common spaces are furnished, but you bedroom will not be. In the photos, your room is the one that appears to be under construction- it is fully finished, but currently being lived in which is why I used that photo. It comfortably fits a Full bed, but a queen could probably work depending on how muth other furniture you have. It has a built-in closet, and ceiling light/fan. One of the walls has been painted blue (but can be repainted white).

About me: I work full time on a hybrid schedule, so I am home a lot. Don't really have people over very often. I am clean, and really very quiet. I have guinea pigs, but they will be housed in my room so they won't bother you, but I do dog sit for a family sometimes (but both dogs are small, trained, and friendly). I like hockey, animals, and reading! I am queer, so please keep that in mind if you're uncomfortable with that!

About you: Able to keep common areas reasonably clean, and not super loud. Guests fine, as long as you/they are not overly loud. Woman or lgbtq+ individual (of any gender) preferred! I am starting my search early to be sure we'll be a good fit! It's preferred you don't have pets, just due to our landlord's restrictions. Non-smoking, please! I would love a roommate I could be friends with, but if not at least someone who is open to communicating so we both have a good living experience!
