I’m a retired Army senior NCO and current defense contractor working at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam. I work a standard weekday schedule with occasional travel and I’m relocating for a long-term assignment.

I keep a structured routine and value a clean, quiet place to unwind after work. I’m respectful of shared spaces, pay rent on time, and communicate clearly. No parties, no drama. I keep a low profile and spend most weekdays working or training.

I’m looking for a furnished room or apartment within a reasonable commute to JPHH, ideally near public transit or with straightforward access to base. I’m a reliable, professional tenant and easy to live with.
