Hi, my name is Miles. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Golden. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available ASAP. I have two kids here half time (age ) as well as two Golden retrievers. I enjoy snowboarding, climbing, hiking, biking, kayaking, camping and about everything else Colorado has to offer. I work from home in my bedroom - the kids usually keep to their rooms or mine so our large living room doesn't get much use. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, a shared full bathroom and half kitchen with in-unit laundry. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, full kitchen, large living room and a small deck. We have a small garage that we use for our outdoor gear and the occasional project. We are pretty laid back - I'd be open to 3-month terms. Deposit is $ depending on pets. Utilities are included but we'd split internet.
