TEAM WORK MAKES --- THE DREAM WORK...5 minute drive to the mall 5 minute walk to the pond...if you're looking for a quite place a place to feel at home... Please don't bother to send me a message if there is no picture of you...I would like to see who is interested in the room it's like renting a room you want to see what the room looks like...this room has a Kitchen area... living space.... bedroom....If you mingle great if you like to be alone that's fine... The two roommates I have currently have been with me 3 years...you will probably never see them as they stay in their room.... and the furnished Efficiency is away from the other rooms....I believe today we need to work together as a team...to make life easier...Working together as a team is much easier than doing it alone.... Looking for someone who can get along with others.... Shared electric bill 1/4.... Shared bathroom... kitchen area has trash can, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen table.... Living area has couch, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center and rug.... Bedroom area has clothes rack, full size bed, mirror.... street parking... Outdoor sitting area... private entrance...
