Hello!

I'm looking for someone to take over my share of the lease up until the renewal period, July . This is a bathroom apartment. My roommates are a couple who share the master bedroom and the room I'm currently listing is about the same size (spacious and high ceilings) with a private bathroom.

Cape House Apartments are located in a convenient and desirable area on Hodges Blvd. The apartment is just minutes from the highway and a minute drive from the beach. Nearby is a plaza with Publix, restaurants, gas stations, and more. In the opposite direction, there are multiple plazas featuring Target, Walmart, a wide variety of dining options, and gas stations such as Wawa.

The apartment community offers great amenities, including a pool and grill area, a -hour gym, and a tennis court. The staff are responsive, kind, and welcoming, and -hour maintenance is also available. They are quick, efficient, and very helpful. Pets are allowed.

The unit includes a spacious kitchen with a working oven, stove, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher. There is an in-unit laundry room and a private outdoor storage area located right next to the front door. The bedroom is very spacious, receives plenty of natural light, and again, has its own private attached bathroom.

The photos shown are some pictures before moving in that my roommate took. You can message me personally if you'd like to see a bit more of the space, it'll just be with my bed and everything in it.
