My boyfriend and I are looking for a respectful, clean and considerate roommate to share our bathroom single-family home. We’re both pretty laid-back like to enjoy some downtime as well. So we’re hoping to find someone with a similar vibe. You’d be subleasing one unfurnished bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom both have large closets. Rent is $ per month plus $ a month for utilities. We have one dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets . Although we do enjoy having friends over, this is not a party house. I am a college student and also work part-time and my boyfriend works full time. Ideal for someone who values a clean, respectful, drama-free home.
