Howdy! Due to some sudden changes in my life, I have to move out of my apartment and I need a my part of our lease taken over by January . It's a -bath, 3-story walkup just a block from the J train, 4 blocks from the M train, and on the same block as the B. We are a staunchly queer, trans and BIPOC affirming household with a mix of artists, service workers and professionals. No pets are allowed unless they are a registered Service Animal, but we have laundry in our building and central heat/ac, so that's a bonus! I've lived in this apartment for years and it's a great place to live whether you're just moving to NYC or need a fresh start.
