Room for Rent

This is not how I wanted to start the New Year,but here goes!!..

My name is Edward Gouveia. Beginning on March 1st
I will have a room available to rent in my Southwest Las Vegas home. The home is located off of Ft.Apache & Sunset area about a 5 minute drive from IKEA & the Durango Resort.

The room is pretty standard in size,and comes partly furnished. There would be a Queen sized bed,dresser,and nightstand included. You would also have a private bathroom as well.

You would have full access to all common living areas of the home such as the kitchen, yard, and living room areas. The home does have Central AC & a washer/dryer.

I do have 2 small dogs a Yorkie & Maltese ( both of which are Hypoallergenic).

I am searching for someone who is employed Full Time. Someone clean,respectful,responsible,and honest. I willl verify employment & references.

The room is currently occupied w/ a tenant, however if you would like to schedule a time to stop by and look at the room we can arrange that.

The rent would be $
monthly inclusive of all utilities. I am asking for a 6 month lease to be signed.
