Hi, my name is Daniel! I'm seeking to rent a room or a studio or possibly connect with roommates to split a multi-bedroom dwelling. Some background on me: Born and raised in New York. Thirty two years old. Attorney (trust me, it's not interesting). Cis man (he/him). Queer orientation-wise. Ethnically Russian and Ashkenazi Jewish (but not a Zionist; free Palestine!). Love animals but don't have pets of my own currently. In general, I'm pretty organized and also very agreeable. I don't begrudge anybody's lifestyle choices as long as it doesn't affect my room haha. Typical workday is Monday through Friday, in office, from around 9 ( AM) to 5 ( PM). Open to living anywhere throughout the NYC Metropolitan Area although SI/Richmond County would give me significant pause. BUDGET: I could potentially go up to $ (fifteen hundred) including utilities but ideally am looking to be at or under $ (twelve hundred). MOVE IN: seeking around January (fifteenth).
