Room for rent in East Hollywood

Hello, I have a spacious room with a closet included, for rent in the middle of Hollywood in a centrally located part of town. NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED, no cashiers checks or money orders. Only verifiable means of payment. Close to any amenities you could possibly need. We are close to the Redline Subway, Vine St & Hollywood Blvd. Where there are tons of restaurants, clubs, convenience stores, gyms and pharmacies, it’s an absolute steal for the area. The apartment is a two bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared living areas. The Rent is $ a month currently, plus a deposit in the same amount upon move in and returned when departing upon a day notice and no damage done to the apt. Any damage done, the responsibility to fix it lands on the tenant who did said damage or will be taken out of deposit. There are monthly bills that include The Gas Company & Spectrum Internet. The Department of Water and Power bill is due Bi-monthly, split 3 ways. Between myself, my girl Amber & the person taking the room. No violence, Theft, rent tardiness & no intentional damage to the apartment. Shared living area chores are cyclical, between us every other week. I’m looking for a laid back and responsible individual who is reasonably quite, has a job, is not a hard drug user or a thief, a criminal, violent or mentally unstable individual. Smoking is outside. This person should be experienced, living with other people, knows how to find middle ground with said people. A person who knows how to communicate effectively & consistently. Communication is the most important thing. Working things out & speaking ones mind, calmly & maturely in a collective environment. If you are hrthy, punctual about rent and bill payment and respectful of boundaries, we should never have any issues. I will promise to be all the things I request of a roommate, myself also. I have a cat in my room. We both do music, art. I do data entry & GFX. Amber works for UPS, Thx.
