Furnished room in large house

I have a room available for rent in my -bath residence located in Apache Junction.
The room is furnished with a queen-size Sleep Number bed and a dresser (if needed). It measures " and features tile flooring along with a small closet.
The bathroom is shared with the fourth bedroom, which is only used when hosting out-of-town visitors approximately times a year. During these times, the tenant will be expected to allow my guest access to a clean bathroom. The fourth bedroom may be rented out in the future.
The house is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, flat-top stove, washer and dryer, microwave, and various small kitchen appliances.
The tenant will have access to a refrigerator with a top freezer and cupboards.
Entry to the house is shared.
Monthly rent is $ and includes all utilities. $ security deposit.
Ideal tenants are professionals who are respectful, quiet, tidy, and comfortable around animals.
The residence is shared with another female tenant, myself, and two dogs.
Please note that this is a smoke-free residence
