I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting feb/March . The room is in a B in Pacific Beach in San Diego, walking distance from the bay and beach! You’ll have your own bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The shared space is updated with new appliances, has a washer & dryer, and a garage currently used for storage and a band setup. There’s also a driveway parking spot that rotates monthly between roommates. Please message me if interested, as the timeline is flexible and we are looking to find a great fit!

The unit is shared with two male roommates in their mid–late s who are honestly the best roommates I’ve ever had. They are both clean guys who are active and get along well.
