Looking for a roommate or rental

I am just turned years old. Going to school in February. I am looking for something affordable because of that, I work, I don’t drink or do drugs. I am hard working, easy going, and have a kind heart. I have no pets and my children are older and with their dad.
Please, if you have a place and can help me while I am in school. I would be forever grateful.
