Hey I’m looking for a roommate around Mid Jan. Anytime after the th. I will be leasing a ba town house. In south Austin. Very close to Central Market, S. Lamar, and many other shopping centers. Currently looking for a short term 6mos, and if we mesh well you can stay as long as you want. Asking for

I’m not in a rush to get a roommate, i haven’t had one since college and I can afford the rent on my own. So I’m really just trying to find a great match.

Great bathroom, the half bathroom is pretty small. I will be getting a washer and dryer installed. Decent size patio. Open floor plan with the bedrooms being upstairs. I am , Latin, originally from LA I’ve been in Austin for 4yrs now, Gay(in case that matters—but not really looking for others). I started my own business last year and work 6days a week. I am pretty much gone most of the day from pm. I personally hate cooking so plenty of fridge space. I live a pretty mundane life but I’m pretty out going and not a prude whatsoever.

I have a large dog, pit/catahoula mix. I’m not looking for any one with pets! Shes tends to be wary of strangers (but is pretty well trained) so it’ll be an adjustment for her.
