The area being rented is the basement level. Very private area with a large bedroom, large closet, and a living area.

Washer dryer are also in unit, in basement level.

There is a small front and back yard, front deck, back deck.

The lease would consist of month to month, until the beginning of March, then it will be a full year contract. Or full year contract right away. One months deposit needed.
