Hello! I am leaving Lubbock in January for a job opportunity and I am looking for someone to take my place in this home. (The room will not be furnished)

It is a sqft house, with a large living room and kitchen that are furnished by other tenants. It is

There are currently 3 other roommates who are very welcoming and sweet ( girl) and since the house is quite big and everyone is in school most of the time there is plenty of privacy.

The house is about a 5 min drive to TTU campus so it is great for any tech students looking for a quiet place to live for the spring semester!
