2 x rooms available. No couples sorry I want to keep the house to 3 people including myself.
Great location, 1 minute work to the train station and bus stops.
Shops and all other amenities within walking distance or a 2 minute drive to Vic Park.
Living room and study available for common use.
Double garage and off street parking.
Ample outdoor space and patio.
Rooms semi furnished. King size singles available but you are more than welcome to bring your own. A double would fit comfortably.
Common spaces furnished.
There are plants and there will be more plants coming.
The outdoor area will be furnished too!
Lots of parks, the river, wild spaces and bike paths all located close by.
minutes into the city with public transportation or driving.
All bills shared between the 3 of us.
I am looking for like minded individuals wanting to create a home. I am working Monday to Friday and enjoy my down time by painting, gardening, cooking, go out and cycling to name a few. Would like to create a space that everyone feels welcome and at home. Please bring your hobby’s and interests. There is lots of space for you to make a studio or what ever you want really. I am open for you to put your own mark on the house.
