In a safe and quiet neighborhood, near Walmart, grocery stores, schools, shopping centers and the freeway. Rent includes utilities: water, gas, electricity, trash and Wi-Fi. Access to laundry room, kitchen must be used for light cooking, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave, swimming pool and common areas. Street parking available. Lease is only available for a single individual or for a couple for extra rent. Tenants must work outside of the home full-time employment. No pets allowed (small pets will be consider) No smoking inside the house. Off street parking. No over night visitors. Cleanliness is a must, and assistance cleaning the bathroom will be required unless tenant pays an extra $ a month for cleaning fee. Cleaning kitchen area after use is mandatory.
