Hi, I am Landon, a mid s professional working full time as a funding director in the finance space. I work standard business hours, keep a pretty structured schedule, and I am looking for a quiet, stable place to land in Tempe.

I am going through a therapeutic separation from my wife, so I am looking for my own room for myself, not a party environment. I do not smoke, I do not do drugs, I keep common areas clean, and I am respectful of other people’s space, time, and sleep. No pets, no overnight revolving door of guests.

I am looking for a furnished or semi furnished room in Tempe for roughly months, with the possibility to extend month to month if things work well for both of us. I can afford the rent reliably, I can provide proof of income and references, and I am comfortable with a standard background or credit check.
