Looking for a female roommatee

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a apartment with me starting January or February . The apartment is located at H, very near McIntyre building at McGill. It's on the fourth floor, in a very quiet neighborhood. As a south-east facing unit, we get lots of sunlight, especially in the morning☀️

Rent is $ CAD for the smaller (yet spacious) bedroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in, so you don't need to buy any furnitures:D The unit comes with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a balcony. The small room includes a closet, drawer unit, bed, desk, chair, and cube storage unit. Our building has a rooftop patio, gym, and a swimming pool.

The lease is until end of August, but I wish to continue the lease until end of December. (I started this lease in and it’s currently the cheapest unit in the building.) You’re welcome to continue the lease after or stay until a certain date, we can discuss more! Contact me at - :)
