It is a bath house with a private pool.
The room is very spacious and furnished, will be a shared bath. There are many amenities such as microwave, oven/airfryer, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, central A/C, outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill which you will have access to! THC and cigarettes are allowed to (outdoors only). There is a Landscaper that comes once a month, every Friday there is pool maintenance, we have a person who comes by to walk the dog. 🌸

I’m the landlord — I no longer live there but stay involved to keep everything running smoothly.
