You will have your own private room and bathroom upstairs, while I live on the first floor. You will also have access to a shared kitchen, laundry, fenced-in backyard, and living room.
I have a very friendly, sweet older dog, so you must be okay with dogs (she is hypoallergenic, as I am allergic) and not have any of your own. I am the only other person living in the home and am typically pretty quiet and clean, so ideally looking for someone who is the same!
