Looking for female roommate for a house on acreage in Franklin.

Room available in January.
Large bath house on acreage.
Plenty of room for activities!
5 miles south of Historic downtown Franklin.
Perfect place if you want to live in the country, but are still close to everything.

I'll be your only roommate. I'm a female flight attendant in my early s. I'm hoping to find another female who is also flight crew, or has a similar lifestyle of casual residence. I'm pretty clean. I love reading, the outdoors and occasional musical social functions. I'm Christian and conservative, and I'm looking for someone with similar core values.

There's a Queen size bed and nightstand available for use, if needed. Washer/dryer in house and you get your own refrigerator! No smoking and no pets (sorry). Living room will have less furniture upon move in. Bedroom pictured is mine (but is the same size).

Your half of rent will be $ +utilities.
Landlord takes care of lawn.

Will need to complete background check and provide proof of employment/income.
