We have a small window-less bedroom available in bth apartment in Astoria.

We're located in Astoria. Both Astoria blvd and th av station on N/W is about min walk. There are Q, and bus stops within few min from us.

There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. Astoria park and Socrates Sculpture Parks are close by as well.

You'll be sharing apartment with two professional(male and female). We're respectable, responsible, mature, friendly, easy going, non-smokers, and have no pets.

The room is about have good size closet. There's no window, but there's a ceiling fan.

Apartment will be available on December th.

You'll need one month deposit and December rent to move in. Wifi is included in rent. ConEd is about $per month.
