Driveway parking and room in garage for storage if needed. Fenced backyard with deck. You have your own bedroom, spare bedroom and your own living room. There is also crawlspace storage room if needed. House is bathrooms, so the shower would be shared. I have a dog, she is two; super friendly and house trained. Open to you bringing a pet.

I’m a female employed full time, I work from home . I don’t drink or smoke weed but don’t mind if you do as long as you’re respectful and don’t have parties, smoking outside only. I’m a very clean and organized person. I don’t mind doing most of the cleaning as long as you’re picking up after yourself. I cook and bake often, decorate for holidays, and enjoy relaxing at home. I’m looking to alleviate living cost.
