FULLY FURNISHED FLAT AVAILABLE

My partner and I are wanting to lease transfer from th November st February . The landlord did offer if we wanted to stay longer we could so this might be available for more long-term if you needed!

Our 1 bed flat is on Acland Street, St Kilda above (and at the back of) Abbey Road. Don’t worry it’s super quiet! You could hear a pin drop in our flat it’s that quiet!

The flat is amongst the bars and shops which is super handy!! It’s right near the beach as well! The tram stop is right outside so easy for travel! Again, you can’t hear the tram from our apartment.

This flat is perfect for a couple or friends who don’t mind sharing. The living area is extremely spacious and has a balcony for summer evenings! It also has a car parking space in the garage below if anyone needs to park their car.

Rent is $ a week (not including bills). Bills are super cheap though!

The apartment is completely furnished including utensils, duvet covers and pillows. Perfect for Working Holiday People.

We have just bought an air fryer and will leave this in the apartment for you to enjoy.

Please note, we are moving as of Monday so if anyone is wanting to view it we would recommend to come sooner rather than later!
