I’m renting a room in my beautiful house and the girl who was going to move in just cancelled last minute — so I’m looking for someone to move in DECEMBER or JANUARY

📍 Location: Amial (quiet and safe residential area)

min walking to IPO metro station and mins to Universidade do Porto

Bus stop 5 min from home ( min by bus to the city center)

Close to Continente, Pingo Doce and Mercadona

🏡 About the house:

Two-floor house
4 rooms
2 bathrooms
1 studio
Common areas
A cozy backyard

We are 3 girls (from Mexico, Ecuador, and Brazil)

We have a dog at home (super friendly!)
The vibe in the house is easygoing, chill and respectful

💸 Price:

€ + expenses (around € total)

+ one month deposit (we can negotiate how to pay it)

👤 Looking for:
A clean, respectful and friendly person for a long-term stay. Preferably female.
