I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for December, and continue month-to-month afterward. The room is in a 7-bedroom house at R St NW, right off Dupont Circle.

The bedroom is large and has built-in bookshelves. The house has other housemates, including the owner, all working professionals.

Utilities: About $/month (covers heat, electric, water, bottled water service, and a weekly cleaning service for common areas)
