Looking for someone to take over a room located in the Nexus Apartments, grand junction. 2 females already live there. Super calm and chill house, everyone stays to themselves. No party’s, people come over every once in a blue moon. Super clean and well organized.

Townhome, bath. The room is connected to a bathroom, rent is split equally about $ a person the bathroom door is left unlocked so guest can use it. If you want to put more money in to claim it as a private bathroom the 2 ladies wouldn’t mind.

Great area located right by the mall, takes about minutes to drive to CMU.
