Hey all! I’m looking for a roommate to take this bedroom in my bath apartment ASAP!

The apartment is in the South End. Rent is $/month (all utilities included besides internet and electricity).

Here are some infos about the apartment:
- Laundry room is one flight of stairs under the apartment.
- Parking is available behind the building and in front of the building (permit required)
- Amazon locker behind the building
- Bank of America ATM next to the building
- 3 Bluebikes stations around the apartment (closest is across the street)

Surrounding area:
- 4-minute walk to Boston Medical Center, so perfect for BMC residents and employees
- Very close to Northeastern University, Berklee and Boston University
- Multiple bus stops right in front of the building
- -minute walk to the Orange Line ( miles)
- Dunkin Donuts and 7Eleven across the street.
- miles away from Boston Common

A little about me: I’m & I work at BMC. I keep to myself and am respectful to those around me. I’m allergic to all nuts, sesame, and most dogs if that matters!
